  • Dispatch Time: All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

At Timeoo.in, we stand by the quality of our watches and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn't right, we’re here to help.

  1. Eligibility for Returns
    We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received the wrong item

  1. Return Request Window
    Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Any requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

  3. Return Conditions

  • The item must be unused and in original packaging

  • Items must be returned with all tags, box, and accessories intact

  • Once your return is approved and the item is received, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method

  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  1. Non-Returnable Items
    We do not accept returns for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery

  • Customer dislike or change of mind
